NEW DELHI: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) chief and Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik introduced the names of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha and meeting elections on Wednesday.Lok Sabha electionsThe get together is fielding BJD normal secretary (Organisation) Pranab Prakash Das from Sambalpur and Manmath Routray from Bhubaneswar. Routray had joined the get together simply hours earlier than the announcement.Odisha Minister Sudam Marndi might be contesting for the Mayurbhanj Lok Sabha seat, whereas former Indian Hockey captain Dilip Tirkey will go head-to-head towards sitting MP Jual Oram from the Sundergarh constituency.The opposite candidates embrace Lambodar Nial from Kalahandi, Ansuman Mohanty from Kendrapara, Prajip Kumar Majhi from Nabarangpur, Kausalya Hikaka from Koraput and Ranjita Sahu from Aska.Meeting electionsOdisha CM Naveen Patnaik might be contesting from Hinjili Meeting phase in Ganjam district.
