KOLKATA: Calcutta excessive courtroom noticed on Wednesday that it could totally or partially scrap your complete panel of lecturers shortlisted by the Bengal College Service Fee (SSC) if the recruitment rip-off was proved.If your complete panel is scrapped, it might have an effect on over 10,000 candidates shortlisted for the job of lecturers between 2014 and 2016, when the rip-off allegedly passed off.A division bench of Justices Debangsu Basak and Md Shabbar Rashidi noticed that the bench was left with solely two choices – scrapping the panel partially or totally – if the rip-off was proved. Justice Basak certified his main statement by including that there was a necessity to look at a lot of issues. “If appointments were found to be illegal, it would lead to its natural conclusion. If someone gets an appointment through the back door, what should the court do?” he mentioned. “The country’s future is more important than the plight of 5,000 to 10,000 teachers on the job. Why should vacant teaching posts be filled up with the undeserving?” he added.
