Justice Basak certified his main statement by including that there was a necessity to look at a lot of issues. “If appointments were found to be illegal, it would lead to its natural conclusion. If someone gets an appointment through the back door, what should the court do?” he mentioned. “The country’s future is more important than the plight of 5,000 to 10,000 teachers on the job. Why should vacant teaching posts be filled up with the undeserving?” he added.
