Police examine 2 in a single day homicides in Albuquerque

                Two deadly shootings befell in Albuquerque Saturday morning. A spokesman for Albuquerque police says the primary capturing occurred simply after 1 a.m. Saturday.  Officers responded to a name on the five hundred block of San Pedro Drive N.E.  They'd discover a man who had suffered no less than one gunshot wound.  He was pronounced lifeless on the scene.The second incident occurred in downtown Albuquerque round 3 a.m. Saturday. A number of gunshots have been heard close to the 600 block of Copper Avenue N.W. Officers would find a male sufferer on the scene. He didn't survive his accidents. Anybody with details about that capturing is requested to name (505) 242-COPS.Theodore Toney, 45, was arrested Saturday afternoon for the deadly capturing of Kenneth Ellis at a social membership on San Pedro Drive NE, an Albuquerque Police Division information launch stated. APD detectives realized that Ellis had been a witness at a  trial wherein a relative of Toney's was convicted of homicide/ An arrest warrant was issued and Toney was taken into custody, charged with an open rely of homicide and firearm enhancement. He was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Middle.
