Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn’
In a recent episode of Karan Johar’s talk show, “Koffee With Karan 8,” famous Bollywood director Rohit Shetty appeared with his close friend and favorite actor, Ajay Devgn.
During the show, Rohit talked about their 20-year friendship and how he picked Ajay for his first movie. Karan Johar acknowledged their 33-year-long friendship, but there was a funny mix-up about the timeline. Karan thought it was 14 years, but Rohit corrected him, saying it was 20 years ago when he was an assistant director on Ajay’s first film, ‘Phool Aur Kaante.’
Karan admitted his math mistake with a humorous remark. Rohit then listed the many movies they worked on together, like ‘Suhaag,’ ‘Haqeeqat,’ ‘Pyaar Toh Hona Tha,’ and ‘Raju Chacha.’ When Karan asked how many films he assisted Ajay with, Rohit said, “More than 10-12 films.”
There’s some legal trouble for Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Ajay Devgn. They received legal notices about endorsing tobacco products.
The show ended with Ajay jokingly pointing out that Karan used to be considered his industry rival, leaving the usually talkative host momentarily speechless.
On a different note, Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn are teaming up again for ‘Singham Again.’ The movie will also star Kareena Kapoor, along with Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, and others.
