SANDESHKHALI: “Six to seven” assailants armed with rods and sticks stormed a police outpost in Bengal’s restive Sandeshkhali early Tuesday and thrashed a constable, leaving him battling for all times .A neighborhood sales space president of the governing Trinamool and two aides have been detained over the 12.30am assault on Sandip Saha (36) at Shitulia camp in Sandeshkhali block-II.”We came to know that Shitulia constables had prevented some locals from gambling,” a senior officer mentioned.Later, a Trinamool-BJP confrontation erupted.
