HYDERABAD: A division bench comprising Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice J Anil Kumar has issued notices to chief secretary and others directing them to file counter-affidavits inside 4 weeks, furnishing causes for not implementing vocationalisation of schooling below Samagra Shiksha in Telangana.Notices had been issued to the principal secretary to govt, college schooling division, challenge director, Telangana Samagra Shiksha State Mission, and the government of India, represented by secretary, ministry of schooling, division of college schooling and literacy, Delhi.The bench was adjudicating a PIL filed by social employee Kora Aravind of Sangareddy, in search of instructions to the government of India and the state govt to implement the Samagra Shiksha programme in correct timeframe as per the rules and by following the due course of as mandated by the division of college schooling. Counsel for the petitioner knowledgeable the courtroom that the state govt was not implementing the Samagra Shiksha programme in a correct method.
