GUWAHATI: Gunmen shot useless two tribal village defence volunteers in Manipur on Saturday amid heightened safety for the April 19 and 26 elections within the state’s two LS seats. The taking pictures at Phailengmola, bordering Kangpokpi and Imphal East districts, occurred forward of house minister Amit Shah’s scheduled rally at Hapta Kangjeibung in Imphal East on Monday.
