Cybersecurity agency Darktrace accepts $5 bn takeover

Cybersecurity firm Darktrace has agreed to a $5.3 billion acquisition by US personal fairness agency Thoma Bravo, recognizing Darktrace’s experience in synthetic intelligence. This deal follows Thoma Bravo’s earlier curiosity in buying Darktrace two years in the past.
