PILIBHIT: A 24-year-old girl is battling for her life within the intensive care unit of a non-public hospital in Bareilly after sustaining extreme belly accidents allegedly inflicted by her husband. However, due to the severity of her condition, she was referred to another medical facility in Bareilly on Feb 7, where the doctors said that her intestines had ruptured severely,” he added.SHO of Jahanabad police station Mukesh Kumar Shukla stated, “Rajendra Kumar, along with his parents and six others, have been charged under IPC sections 307 (attempt to murder), 498A (cruelty towards a woman), 323 (causing voluntary harm), 504 (intentional insult), 506 (criminal intimidation), and relevant sections of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accused will be arrested soon.”
