Kesarilal Yadav’s Bhojpuri movie, ‘Rang De Basanti,’ has encountered bother with the censor board over its title. The producer, Roshan Singh, claims to have obtained a name from the CBFC, requesting a change within the movie’s title as a consequence of a beforehand launched Hindi movie sharing the identical title. Singh said, “I have received a request from the CBFC office to modify the title of the film.” When requested concerning the caller’s id, Singh responded, “I was contacted by someone named Ravi, who requested the change in the title of my film.”‘Rang De Basanti’ is scheduled for launch on March 22.When questioned concerning the certification standing, Singh defined, “The film has undergone screening, and we have been informed of a few cuts required to obtain a UA certificate. Although we received a report on the 4th, there have been no further updates, and the certificate remains pending from the chairman’s office. On the portal, it indicates that the certificate is on hold from the chairman’s office. I have submitted a soft copy to the censor board, and if no progress is made, we will explore our options. I am unwilling to change the title as it would be impractical. The title belongs solely to me, and it is in Bhojpuri.
